SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS (PRINT-ON-DEMAND)

All products sold through Chosen Saints Mission are made-to-order.

 

  • Product Variations: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, because we use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the final physical product.

     

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

     

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, it is sent to our third-party fulfillment partner to begin production.

  • Cancellation Window: Because items are custom-printed immediately, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.

  • Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided (chosensaintsmission@gmail.com).

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party carriers.

  • Estimates: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including designs, logos, and text, is the property of Chosen Saints Mission and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as tracking or payment gateways) over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools ”as is” without any warranties.

SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

If a package is returned to the fulfillment center due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if the package is unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Chosen Saints, our directors, officers, or fulfillment partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chosen Saints is headquartered.
