Refund policy
At Chosen Saints, every product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because we use a print-on-demand fulfillment process, we handle returns and refunds differently than traditional retailers.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. We offer a 30-day return policy specifically for items that arrive defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

How to report: To start a claim, contact us at info@chosensaints.co with your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.

Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Note: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (Buyer's Remorse)
Because our products are custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. * We encourage you to review the sizing charts provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if the shipping address provided was correct.
Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or if the shipment goes unclaimed, the package will be returned to our fulfillment facility.

Reshipment Costs: You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at info@chosensaints.co to initiate this process.
Refunds
If a refund is approved (e.g., in cases where a replacement is not possible), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
