Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Chosen Saints. We are a print-on-demand company, which means all our products are unique and produced only once you order them. This helps us reduce waste and provide you with high-quality, custom gear.
1. Processing & Fulfillment Time
Because your order is custom-made, it takes time to prepare.

Fulfillment: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your products.

Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Note: These are estimates provided by our carriers and do not include the 2–5 days required for fulfillment.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping for most items, and shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of the order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 7 business days, please contact us at info@chosensaints.co.
5. International Shipping (Customs & Duties)
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Chosen Saints is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

If the tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly as we cannot be held responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.
7. Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit (and not marked as delivered), please notify us at info@chosensaints.co within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can coordinate a replacement with our fulfillment partner.
